I love tofu because its neutral flavor allows full costume. I like to marinate with lots of different spices, however my preference is to mix the "tandoori". This mixture of India is perfect, you will probably find the radius spices of your supermarket, it contains decreasing amount, the following spices (according to Wikipedia)

Tofu marinated tandoori
A piece of plain tofu
lemon juice (half lemon)
of olive oil or sunflower oil (2 tablespoons soup)
a big spoon of spice "tandoori"
finely chopped ginger
salt In a bowl combine oil, lemon juice, spices and ginger. Cut the tofu into cubes. Stir and let marinate at room temperature room for 1 hour. In a nonstick pan fry the pieces for ten minutes. Serve hot. Http://rpc.technorati.com/rpc/ping
