Chili con pescado, a ruse to addicts carne



My dear husband does not fish in his heart. I am therefore obliged to find tricks to make him swallow a piece of fish. That said, I notice that eating more fish

:-) The recipe is 100% effective than the chili con pescado is fast because there is no need to cook frozen hake hours, light and excellent. A test you :-)


Chile pescado or how appreciation of the fish to a "carne addict"


for 2

2 pieces of frozen hake

1 small can of crushed tomatoes (400 gr net)

1 teaspoon cumin powder

4

coriander seeds 1 large yellow onion (or a small handful of frozen onion)

Tabasco or chili paste

1 small can of red kidney

2 tablespoons oil

U.S. rice tortilla chips




few hours before, remove the fish and put in refrigerator to thaw. I usually go out in the morning to the evening. Peel onion and chop finely. In a large saucepan, cook without browning the onions with oil. Add spices. Then pour over the can of crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, add beans, drained and rinsed beforehand. Add the fish, crush it with a wooden spoon. Stir constantly, cook over a very short time (3 minutes). Finish seasoning: either with a few drops of Tabasco or with a small teaspoon of chili paste. Serve with rice and tortillas.
