Grilled pork with balsamic vinegar

Serves 2

A big grilled pork or 2 small 1 tablespoon sunflower oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Salt - black pepper Chives

Cut meat into strips. In a bowl combine oil, vinegar and salt, add the meat. Mix and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and chop the chives. Cook the meat in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. After this long absence, I return to you with this little recipe soup radish tops. Considering the price of vegetables, it has become important to optimize their purchases. No? :-)

I wanted to make this recipe with a bouillon cube, but they all contain gluten ... But nothing forbids you to use in this case remove the salt from the recipe.

Cream of radish tops and crab

For 2-3 people coming

A bunch of radishes 2 small
potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces)

Little festive dish! I served these foams entry at Mother's Day. I suggest you make these foams in very small ramekins, example: small glass jars containing cream desserts in the supermarket.

Salmon Mousse with cream of sorrel (gluten free)

Serves 4

1 salmon fillet (about 170 to 200 g)

10 cl

cream 1 egg

For the sauce

A large handful of sorrel, washed and torn into strips

10 cl cream

Mix the salmon, add the cream. Salt lightly. Add the egg yolk. Beat the whites until stiff with a little salt. Gently fold the whites into the mixture. Pour into 4 small ramekins buttered beforehand. Chicken with Pineapple


Often when I go to Chinese restaurant, I feast with chicken and pineapple.

Generally, I am wary of this fruit that tends to cause me a multitude of ulcers but cooked or canned I'm safe from harm.

For once, I wanted to make this recipe starting with the one I most often eaten at the restaurant. This version of chicken with pineapple is gluten free.

Pineapple Chicken (gluten free)

Serves 3-4 people (we all devoured 2) Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes

2 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
1 can pineapple canned without added sugar (565g)

1 tomato juice of one large lemon yellow
1 tablespoon sauce soy (tamari)
a slightly rounded teaspoon cornflour
2 tablespoons sunflower oil or peanut

Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a large saucepan. Cut into 4 slices. Fry these pieces in 1 tablespoon of oil. They should be lightly browned. Book.

Put pineapple juice in medium heat with lemon juice and soy sauce. Meanwhile, wash and cut tomato into chunks. Peel onion and cut it into strips. Dissolve the cornstarch in 5 ml water and add about it in pineapple juice. Mix the sauce should gradually thicken slightly.
Caution: Never put the cornstarch directly into the preparation if the lumps hello!


In a nonstick pan putting the chicken pieces to brown oil with a spoon.
When chicken is almost cooked the arrange in the pan containing the sauce, add the onions. Simmer 5 minutes covered. Then add the tomatoes and pineapple, cook another few minutes then serve with any rice or Thai Jasmine rice.

An idea for Father's Day: Strawberry Jar - Saint Jacques caramel balsamic vinaigne

For Mother's Day, these little glasses have brightened our original cocktails.

Walnut St. Jacques with strawberries and caramel balsamic vinegar

Serves 4 4

nuts without coral St. Jacques, without hose (to be removed if necessary)

Périgord strawberries (or other ...)

a small piece of butter and a tablespoon of sunflower oil

For the caramel: 5cl balsamic vinegar and 50 g of sugar

From chives


Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces. Place them in glass jars.

In a saucepan add the vinegar and sugar. Set over medium heat until boil, then reduce heat to low. 5 minutes will be needed to make the caramel. Attention, it must be monitored so it does not burn. The caramel is made when "freeze" in contact with a cold medium (plate, spoon ...). Cool a few minutes then pour over strawberries (a tablespoon of caramel in each glass).

In a nonstick pan, arrange piece of butter and oil when the pan is hot, add the shells, fry over high heat until browned (2 minutes approximately). Add to the shell glasses, garnish with 2 sprigs of chives and serve immediately.

short time ago, I had the pleasure of discovering the United States ... "Food and Thought " (food and reflection)


We visited South Florida and these fabled islands called the Keys. " We went to Key West is the largest city in the south of the USA. Two days we enjoyed the sun, our little beach (image) and the turquoise sea.

Flipping through a tourist guide, I discovered that the local specialty was the Key Lime Pie, a sort of tart lemon meringue. Could not resist! An address was telling me the best Key Lime Pie from Key West. He does not need me more ...

The meringue is air, the lime custard perfectly smooth, slightly crispy dough .... It was absolutely necessary I do find this dessert to my family! Mother's Day gave me a good opportunity to try this delicacy.

The Key Lime Pie recipe is a very rich base of lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.

So I chose to perform in small ramekins choosing a paste made from gluten-free biscuits instead of pastry. For the recipe, I am inspired by Pascal weeks.

The result was well above my expectations, the dishes were devoured in minutes and yet I assure you that the meal was so!

I found the perfect combination of cream, pastry and meringue ... Exactly the same scent as Key West! Do and redo ...

Key Lime Pie (gluten-free version)

7 ramekins

For the dough "cookie"

170 g of butter biscuits gluten-free (Duetto Schär brand)

45 g unsalted butter

a well rounded tablespoon of brown sugar (gluten free cookies were not very sweet)

For the lemon cream Green

25 cl lime juice (small lime) I had to press 2 fillets of lemon or lime around 18-20!

2 cans sweetened condensed milk (397g each)

3 egg yolks Meringue

3 white

40 g icing sugar (gluten free)


Place cookies in a blender, mixer. Pour into a bowl, add the butter and sugar. Mix, then place the mixture into the ramekins and press lightly.

In another bowl, combine milk, egg yolks and the juice lime. Pour over batter.

Beat the egg whites until stiff gradually adding the sugar. When the whites are firm (to check, simply return the bowl, if whites take: they are firm). Pour over the lemon cream and bake the custards in a hot oven 15 minutes (180 ° T.6) around until the meringue is golden brown. Cool and refrigerate until serving time (1-2 hours).

Strawberry Crumble

for 6 people

750 g strawberries 100 g flour

100 g almond powder 70 g

brown sugar 50g butter 1 pinch cinnamon

2 pieces of frozen hake

1 small can of crushed tomatoes (400 gr net)

I love tofu because its neutral flavor allows full costume. I like to marinate with lots of different spices, however my preference is to mix the "tandoori". This mixture of India is perfect, you will probably find the radius spices of your supermarket, it contains decreasing amount, the following spices (according to Wikipedia)

Tofu marinated tandoori

A piece of plain tofu
lemon juice (half lemon)
